Here's the thing, you see, I'm not a scientist in any way, I'm not a mathematician. I'm just an aging computer programmer that enjoys sailing, music and art. So how could I ever come up with the next great step towards understanding our universe? Well, perhaps (I hope) my simple-minded approach is just the fresh look science needs. Wasn't Einstein just a clerk?
To me the real problem is the universe's incredible complexity. Trying to tease out the truth right where Newton, Quantum and Relativity all collide is just about impossible. So I decided to create my own world, a simulation, a virtual world where I could limit complexity and introduce changes as required.
You won't find any calculus in this work. My computer doesn't speak calculus. Everything here is done in algebra and trig so it should be easier for laymen to understand. That's probably annoying for scientists, sorry about that.
I'm writing this in small, easily digested steps, primarily because I'm changing the foundations of wave theory. That's a complicated subject for us non-scientist types and those working in that field will have some difficulty stretching their thinking beyond what they were taught. So we'll go slow.
Lastly I'd like to point out that I do not contradict anything ever written before me. This theory is hardly radical. It's more a matter of combining what we already know in a slightly different way to reach a new level of understanding.
